David De Gea vows that he and his Manchester United team-mates will continue to work hard to turn draws into wins
David De Gea has taken to social media to thank Manchester United’s fans for their support after Louis van Gaal’s side stuttered to a goalless draw against West Ham United at Old Trafford on Saturday afternoon.
The Red Devils had 21 shots on goal but Louis van Gaal’s men could only direct one shot on target during the whole game against the Hammers.
The result, which was United’s fourth draw in their last six Premier League games, left the Red Devils in fourth place in the table and three points behind leaders Leicester City.
And De Gea vowed that he and his team-mates will do everything in their power to turn their stuttering form around in the coming weeks.
De Gea posted the picture above on his personal Instagram account on Saturday evening and wrote: “We will work to turn the draws into wins. Once again, thanks for your support. @manchesterunited”
