German expert questions Man United’s decision to sell Javier Hernandez
Jan Aage Fjortoft highlights Javier Hernandnez's performances for Bayer Leverkusen after Man United exit
Jan Aage Fjortoft has questioned Manchester United’s decision to sell Javier Hernandez in the summer.
The Mexico international completed a £7.3m move to Bundesliga side Bayer Leverkusen from United after he was deemed surplus to requirements by Louis van Gaal.
However, the 27-year-old striker has already scored an impressive seven goals in 12 Bundesliga games, whilst Hernandez has also netted five times in six Champions League appearances.
In fact, the Mexican has scored 12 times in his last 11 games in all competitions for Leverkusen, whilst Van Gaal’s men have only netted nine goals in their last 11 outings.
And Bundesliga expert Fjortoft highlighted Hernandez’s excellent form, questioning Van Gaal’s decision to sell the popular striker.
Chicharito scoring AGAIN for Leverkusen. 7 in 12 in the League. 5th goal in the ChampionsLeague right now.
