Glenn Hoddle reacts on Twitter to Tottenham’s recent form

Glenn Hoddle has admitted that he has been impressed by Tottenham Hotspur’s response since their loss to Newcastle United earlier this month.

Mauricio Pochettino’s men have been in good form in recent weeks and are currently fourth in the Premier League table, four points behind leaders Arsenal.

Spurs suffered their second Premier League loss of the season at home to Newcastle to dent their recent run of results.

However, the Lilywhites have bounced back from the disappointment of that result by stringing together three successive wins – against Southampton, Norwich City and Watford.

The north Londoners have been tipped by the likes of Jamie Carragher to be potential title contenders this season.

And former England manager Hoddle believes that the manner in which Tottenham were able to secure a dramatic 2-1 victory at Vicarage Road should fill the north London side’s players with confidence.
