Harry Kane congratulates Tom Carroll on his first Tottenham Hotspur goal

Harry Kane sent a message of congratulations to Tom Carroll after the youngster scored in Tottenham Hotspur’s 3-0 victory over Norwich City on Boxing Day.

The reported Manchester United target became the north London club’s highest league scorer in a calendar year after Kane made the breakthrough from the penalty spot at White Hart Lane.

The reigning PFA young player of the year scored his 27th goal in 2015 sealed Tottenham’s three points before youngster Carroll added a second-half goal after he replaced Christian Eriksen.

And in-form Kane sent a message on Twitter to the Spurs youngster following his first Premier League goal for the north London side against the Canaries.

Tottenham are in fourth place and on 32 points after 18 Premier League games just six points behind leaders Leicester City after the Foxes lost 1-0 to Liverpool at Anfield on Saturday afternoon.
