Jamie Carragher trolls Arsenal star Mesut Ozil

Jamie Carragher posts one of his rare assists from his Liverpool career on social media

Jamie Carragher doesn’t have too much in common with Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil.

The former Liverpool defender was known as a no-nonsense and uncompromising defender, whilst Ozil is blossoming into one of the Premier League’s best playmakers.

The World Cup winner has already scored three goals and has made 16 assists in the Premier League so far this season.

However, neither Carragher nor Ozil have won the Premier League title, something which Arsenal’s club-record signing can amend this season.

But Carragher was keen to remind his Twitter followers that he did have a creative bone or two in his body after he posted a clip of one of his rare assists on Twitter.

Arsenal are top of the Premier League table after a 2-0 victory over Bournemouth on Monday night.
