Jurgen Klopp: Why Divock Origi’s equaliser is my best Liverpool moment
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp runs the rule over his best moment at Anfield so far
Jurgen Klopp described Divock Origi’s late equaliser as the best moment of his Liverpool career so far despite a disappointing 2-2 draw with West Brom.
England international Jordan Henderson scored his first Premier League goal of the season to break the deadlock for the home side in the 21st minute at Anfield.
West Brom defender Craig Dawson levelled nine minutes later before Jonas Olsson had a strike chalked off for offside on the stroke of half-time.
However, the Swede wouldn’t be denied as he put the Baggies in front with 17 minutes remaining, before Origi netted a 95th-minute equaliser.
And Klopp, who was appointed as Brendan Rodgers’ successor in October, was delighted with the Belgium international’s last-gasp equaliser.
JK: I know it's only one point but it felt like three. This moment was an explosion it's the best I've felt since I've been here. #LFC
