The winner of Chelsea’s clash with Porto will win the group. Porto will top it with a draw should Dynamo Kyiv not win at home to Maccabi. If Dynamo win and the game at Stamford Bridge game is drawn, Chelsea will finish second and Porto will go into the Europa League.
Chelsea’s 4-0 win at Maccabi Tel-Aviv last time out put them on top of the group with 10 points, the same as Porto; Dynamo are two behind.
