Latest Arsenal injury update: Sanchez, Koscielny and more
The latest Arsenal injury update and team news from Arsene Wenger ahead of Saturday's home clash against Sunderland
Arsene Wenger has remained coy when quizzed about Alexis Sanchez’s fitness on Thursday, insisting that Arsenal do not yet know how long the forward will be out for.
The Chile international picked up a hamstring injury during the 1-1 draw at Norwich City on Sunday and is expected to be out of action for a number of weeks as the hectic festive schedule looms large.

Arsenal midfielder Santi Cazorla also picked up a knee problem during the draw at Carrow Road, while Mikel Arteta is currently sidelined with a calf problem.
However, the Frenchman gave little away when quizzed about the trio on Thursday as he delivered the latest Arsenal injury update and team news.
Wenger told Arsenal Player: At the moment on Alexis, Santi and Mikel, we don’t know how long they will be out for.”
There was some positive news for Arsenal, however, as Wenger confirmed that Laurent Koscielny’s hip injury is not as serious as first feared.
The defender was replaced early on during the draw at Norwich but could be in contention to face Sunderland at Emirates Stadium this weekend.
