Paul Scholes makes bold prediction about Man United’s season after Euro exit
Paul Scholes claims that Manchester United can get over their Champions League exit by winning the Premier League

Paul Scholes believes that Manchester United are still in with a chance of winning the title this season despite the disappointment of their Champions League exit on Tuesday night.
Louis van Gaal’s men were beaten 3-2 by Wolfsburg in Germany as they finished third in their group to drop down into the Europa League.
United will look to quickly turn their attentions back to domestic affairs when they travel to Bournemouth in the Premier League on Saturday evening.
And Scholes feels that the Red Devils are still in the mix to win the title this season.
Scholes told BT Sport: “Do you know what? They’re three points off the top of the league. Nobody wants to win the league, apart from Leicester obviously!
“If United can put something together, which is looking unlikely, but you never know… If they can, they’ve got a chance of winning the league.

“But you wouldn’t be surprised if they won the league and you wouldn’t be surprised if they cam sixth or seventh, it’s just that type of [situation].”
United took the lead in Germany in the 10th minute when Anthony Martial slotted home after latching on to Juan Mata’s perfectly weighted through ball.
However, Wolfsburg equalised within three minutes through Naldo’s volley and then took the lead themselves when Vieirinha finished a superb flowing team move.
United drew level in the 82nd minute through Josuha Guilavogui’s own goal, but the home side replied moments later thanks to Naldo’s header in the 84th minute.
