Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud is all smiles with France athlete Marie Gayot

Olivier Giroud has been a busy man in recent days.

The Arsenal striker was unable to fire the north London side to victory at Carrow Road as Arsene Wenger’s side were held to a 1-1 draw by Norwich City on Sunday evening.

Giroud got suited and booted as he joined Arsenal Invincible Robert Pires at an event held by Hollywood star Eva Longoria on Monday night in the English capital.

But earlier in the day, the 29-year-old striker had joined France 400 metre runner Marie Gayot at a Puma event, much to the delight of the Olympic athletic.

Wenger’s Arsenal side are two points behind leaders Leicester City and Manchester City ahead of the visit of Sunderland on Saturday.

Giroud has scored seven times in 14 Premier League games for the north London side this season.

The 29-year-old will be expected to line up against Sunderland at Emirates Stadium in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.
