Arsenal duo Calum Chambers and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain are embracing Christmas Day training

Calum Chambers didn’t appear to have any issues training on Christmas Day as the Arseanl defender was all smiles with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain at London Colney.

The Gunners were put through their paces for the final time ahead of the north London side’s trip to Southampton on Boxing Day.

The FA Cup holders have been installed as the favourites to win the Premier League title after a 2-1 victory over Manchester City at the Emirates Stadium on Monday night.

Chambers and Oxlade-Chamberlain were second-half substitutes against the Citizens as Theo Walcott and Olivier Giroud scored the decisive goals in north London.

The Arsenal youngster took to Twitter to give Gunners supporters an insight into the Gunners’s Christmas Day training session.

Former Southampton defender Chambers has only started one game but has made a further five appearances from the bench in the Premier League.
