Dele Alli admits he was disappointed Tottenham Hotspur couldn't beat West Brom
Dele Alli says he was disappointed Tottenham Hotpsur couldn’t secure three points against West Brom after Saturday’s 1-1 draw at The Hawthorns.
The Spurs midfielder broke the deadlock in the 15th minute before Republic of Ireland international James McClean levelled for the Baggies six minutes before half-time.
The 19-year-old has already scored three times in 13 Premier League games in his first season in the English top-flight.
Alli spoke of his disappointment after the north London side failed to beat Tony Pulis’s men at The Hawthorns.
Alli posted the above photo and wrote on his Instagram page: “Disappointing not to be taking all 3 points home today! Happy to get a goal though… Onto the next one! Fans were quality #coys”
The England international moved to Tottenham Hotspur in a £5m deal from League One side MK Dons in the summer transfer window.
Spurs are unbeaten in their last 14 games in the Premier League since a 1-0 loss to Manchester United at Old Trafford on the opening day of the season. The north Londoners take on Monaco in the Europa League on Thursday night.
