It’s been a tough few months for Jack Wilshere following his latest injury setback.

The midfielder has not played for Arsenal at all this season after suffering a broken leg in pre-season training and undergoing surgery to correct the problem.

Wilshere has been stepping up his recovery in recent weeks but is not scheduled to return to action for the north London club until the new year.

However, the 23-year-old midfielder has been drawing inspiration from his two young children as he continues his recovery from his latest injury setback.

Wilshere posted the picture above on his personal Instagram account on Thursday morning and wrote: “They make 6am a little bit easier 😍”

Arsenal are preparing for their Premier League showdown with Manchester City at Emirates Stadium on Monday night as they look to continue their push for the title.
