Olivier Giroud was amongst football and television royalty on Monday night

Olivier Giroud was all smiles with Arsenal legend Robert Pires and Hollywood star Eva Longoria on Monday night.

The Gunners striker was invited to Longoria’s Global Gift Foundation event, just over 24 hours after the north London side played out a 1-1 draw with Norwich City on Sunday.

Giroud is hoping to fire Arsenal to their first Premier League title since Pires’s Invincibles side went the entire season unbeaten and won the top-flight crown in style in 2003/04.

And Pires, who is often spotted training with the current Arsenal crop at London Colney, posted the above snap with Giroud and Longoria at the charity event.

Pires wrote on his Instagram page: “About last night!!! Thanks to @globalgiftfoundation and @evalongoria for this nice evening!”

Giroud has scored seven times in 14 Premier League games for the north London side this season.
