Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain was all smiles with his family after Christmas Day training ahead of Arsenal’s trip to Southampton on Boxing Day.

The England international is set to return to his former employers Southampton in Saturday’s late kick-off at St Mary’s as Arsenal look to secure four successive Premier League victories.

Oxlade-Chamberlain was a second-half substitute as the Gunners eased to a 2-1 victory over title rivals Manchester City at the Emirates Stadium on Monday night.

And the 20-year-old midfielder posted the above selfie with his family as Oxlade-Chamberlain enjoyed some festivities ahead of Arsenal’s Boxing Day game.

Oxlade-Chamberlain wrote on his Instagram page: “Merry Christmas everyone! 🎄”

Oxlade-Chamberlain has started four Premier League games and has made a further 10 appearances from the bench in the English top flight.
