Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal walks out of his media conference

Louis van Gaal walked out of his media conference on Wednesday afternoon after the Manchester United manager clashed with journalists.

The Red Devils boss has been facing increased speculation surrounding his long-term future at the 20-time English champions.

Van Gaal’s side are winless in six games in all competitions following last weekend’s surprise 2-1 loss to Norwich City at Old Trafford.

Jose Mourinho has been linked with Van Gaal’s role after Chelsea axed their legendary manager following a poor start to the defence of their Premier League crown.

And Van Gaal asked for an apology at his pre-match media conference ahead of United’s trip to Stoke City on Boxing Day as he accused the media of publishing false reports on his Red Devils future.
