Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang responds to talk of Arsenal or Chelsea transfer
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang plays down the chances of him securing a move to Arsenal or Chelsea next month
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has rubbished the speculation linking him with a possible January transfer to the Premier League.
The Borussia Dortmund star has been touted as a target for both the Blues and the Gunners in recent weeks amid suggestions he could be set to quit the German club in favour of a move to England.
However, the Gabon international has now moved to end the speculation about his future by insisting that he is happy at the Bundesliga side and has no intention of a mid-season transfer away.
Aubameyang told Kicker: “I am very happy here. Dortmund has become my second home.
“I learnt a lot through the clubs I’ve played for previously [AC Milan, Dijon, Lille, Monaco] both negative and positive. It’s made me a better person.
“Every goal I score feels like the first. It’s a special feeling to play in front of these fans.”

Aubameyang has been in impressive form for Dortmund so far this season and has scored 18 goals so far this term.
Chelsea are likely to be linked with a host of players in the coming weeks as the January transfer window draws ever nearer.
And Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is thought to be on the lookout for January reinforcements following the north London club’s latest spate of injuries.
