Piers Morgan praised Aaron Ramsey’s contribution as Arsenal secured a nervy 3-1 win over Sunderland at Emirates Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

The Gunners took the lead against the Black Cats in the 33rd minute thanks to Joel Campbell’s opener in north London.

However, the visitors drew level on the stroke of half-time when Olivier Giroud scored an own-goal to hand Sunderland a lifeline.

And Ramsey made the three points secure when he bundled home from close range following Calum Chamber’s deflected shot in stoppage time.
