Santi Cazorla sends message to Arsenal fans after injury blow
Arsenal midfielder Santi Cazorla says he will come back stronger from injury setback
Santi Cazorla has vowed to return a stronger player after the Arsenal midfielder missed Saturday’s 3-1 win against Sunderland due to injury.
The Spain international is expected to be sidelined for a lengthy period after the playmaker suffered a knee injury during Arsenal’s 1-1 draw with Norwich City last weekend.
The former Malaga man could only watch on as the Gunners eased to victory over the Black Cats on Sunday afternoon thanks to goals from Joel Campbell, Olivier Giroud and Aaron Ramsey.
And Cazorla sent a message to the Arsenal supporters on Twitter after the north London side hoisted themselves above Manchester City and Manchester United into second place.
Hi Everyone! I'm sad I'm not on the pitch, but I'll come back stronger. Thanks for your support. See you soon! @Arsenal #getstronger

Cazorla has been ever-present in Arsene Wenger’s side this season, making three assists in 14 Premier League appearances.

The Spain midfielder’s setback was the third injury blow to come from their stalemate at Carrow Road after Laurent Koscielny and Alexis Sancez were both forced off during last Sunday’s game.
