Arsenal star Mesut Ozil is beating the Premier League average this season after 15 assists in 16 games
Mesut Ozil has been in scintillating form for Arsenal in recent months.
The Germany international notched up his 14th and 15th assists of the season on Monday night as Ozil teed up Theo Walcott and Olivier Giroud in Arsenal’s 2-1 victory over title rivals Manchester City.
The 27-year-old midfielder is closing in on Thierry Henry’s record of 20 assists in a Premier League season ahead of Arsenal’s 18th game of the 2015/16 campaign at St Mary’s on Saturday.
