Chelsea finished top of Group G thanks to Wednesday night’s 2-0 win against Porto at Stamford Bridge.

Marcano Sierra netted a 12th-minute own goal in west London before Willian scored his fifth goal in six Champions League group-stage games in the 52nd minute.

Chelsea’s comfortable victory sealed top spot in their group as Jose Mourinho’s side booked their place in the Champions League knockout-stage draw.
