Watch: Jose Mourinho trolls himself over terrible Chelsea form

At least Jose Mourinho can see the funny side...

Jose Mourinho has managed to see the funny side of Chelsea’s stuttering start to the season during an interview on the Clare Balding Show.

The Portuguese coach watched his Blues team slump to their ninth Premier League defeat of the campaign on Monday night as they were beaten 2-1 by Leicester City at the King Power Stadium.

Chelsea are currently languishing just one point above the relegation zone with their title defence in tatters after a terrible start to the new campaign.

There has inevitably been plenty of speculation about Mourinho’s future in recent days, but the former Real Madrid boss looks set to continue in charge at Stamford Bridge.

When asked about the things that make him happy and give him peace, Mourinho replied: “In this moment? Winning a match.”
