Andy Gray states his prediction for Chelsea v Scunthorpe
Andy Gray is expecting Chelsea to ease to a comfortable win over Scunthorpe in the FA Cup third round
Andy Gray believes that Chelsea are likely to take the FA Cup seriously this season following their dismal Premier League form – and is backing the Blues to thrash Scunthorpe United in the third round this weekend.
The west London side’s struggles this season have been well documented, with Chelsea currently languishing in 14th place in the Premier League table after a disastrous start to their title defence resulted in Jose Mourinho’s sacking last month.

The Blues looked much improved as they kicked off 2016 with a 3-0 win at Crystal Palace on Sunday afternoon.
And former Sky Sports pundit Gray is fully expecting Chelsea to ease to a comfortable victory over Scunthorpe in front of their home fans this weekend.
Gray wrote in his blog for Paddy Power: Chelsea will take this seriously because they’re out of the league. They might make changes, give a few league players a rest.
“But the memory of Bradford from last season will focus the home side. Chelsea to win to nil could be value.”
