Andy Gray states his prediction for Man United v Sheffield Utd
Andy Gray is fully expecting to see Manchester United record a comfortable win over Sheffield United this weekend
Andy Gray is fully expecting Manchester United to coast to victory over Sheffield United and book their place in the fourth round of the FA Cup this weekend.
The Red Devils finally returned to winning ways last weekend as they kicked off 2016 with a 2-1 victory over Swansea City at Old Trafford on Saturday.
That win was United’s first victory in eight attempts in all competitions and came as a welcome relief following their stuttering recent form.
The result left United in fifth place in the Premier League table and just three points behind fourth-placed Tottenham Hotspur.
And former Everton man Gray is expecting to see Louis van Gaal’s men build on their victory over Swansea by beating Sheffield United at Old Trafford this weekend.
Gray wrote on his blog for Paddy Power: “Louis van Gaal will make a lot of changes, as he should. His United team have found a little bit of form, and they will have more than enough for the Steel City side.
“I can see them putting three or four past them if they really want to.”
