Arsenal fan Piers Morgan trolls Man United on Twitter after Saints defeat

Piers Morgan could not help but poke fun at Manchester United this week following their recent struggles

Piers Morgan has never been one to miss an opportunity to have a dig at Arsenal’s rivals on social media – and the celebrity Gunners fan took aim at Manchester United this week.

The Red Devils have come in for plenty of criticism in recent weeks for their below-par displays, with Louis van Gaal’s men having slumped to a 1-0 loss to Southampton at Old Trafford in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.

The defeat means that United have now only won two of their last 10 Premier League games and left the club five points adrift of the top four heading into the final 15 matches of the season.

United travel to Derby County in the fourth round of the FA Cup on Friday night.

And Arsenal shareholder Morgan jumped at the opportunity to poke fun at United’s struggles this season.
