Arsenal legend Ian Wright: Why Romelu Lukaku shouldn’t join Man United
Ian Wright warns Romelu Lukaku over a potential move to Manchester United
Ian Wright says Romelu Lukaku won’t be tempted to join Manchester United in the January transfer window.
The Belgium international is one of the Premier League’s hottest properties after a sensational run of form for Everton in the opening half of the 2015/16 season.
There is too much pressure there when they are like this, there is too much pressure when they aren’t winning

Lukaku has scored a stunning 15 goals in just 20 Premier League games so far this season, whilst the powerful striker has also made five assists for team-mates.
Remarkably, Roberto Martinez’s Everton side have scored 12 goals more than Louis van Gaal’s struggling United outfit, who have only found the net 24 times in 20 games.
Former Arsenal striker Wright warned Lukaku that he would be under too much pressure at the 20-time English champions given their current crisis of confidence.
“Manchester United would not be attractive to him at the moment because of the turmoil they are in. Because he would have to go there with a massive price tag on him and he’ll have to do it and whether he can do that is a different story, with the pressure on Man United,” Wright told The Sun.
“If you go to Real Madrid then you have the experience of going there, even if it doesn’t go well and you can come back to Manchester United. There is too much pressure there when they are like this, there is too much pressure when they aren’t winning. With the pressure they are under for not winning, they are not attractive.”
Lukaku has scored 19 goals in 25 games in all competitions for the Merseyside outfit so far this season.
The Belgian striker completed a £27m move to Everton from defending Premier League champions Chelsea in 2014.
