The England international has found his first-team opportunities limited this season, but has recently been deployed in a defensive midfield position by manager Arsene Wenger when he has featured.
Wenger has previously spoken about Chambers’ potential to develop into a holding midfielder in the future.
And it appears that the 20-year-old is pleased about his recent positional shift at the north London club.
Chambers played 67 minutes as Arsenal booked their place in the fourth round of the FA Cup with a 3-1 win over Sunderland on Saturday, before being replaced by captain Mikel Arteta.

Arsenal will now turn their attentions back to the Premier League and their crunch clash against Liverpool at Anfield on Wednesday night.
The Gunners are currently two points clear at the top of the table.
