Harry Kane is a happy man after playing his part in Tottenham's 2-0 win over Leicester in the FA Cup on Wednesday

Harry Kane has taken to social media to reveal his delight at helping Tottenham Hotspur reach the fourth round of the FA Cup with a 2-0 win over Leicester City on Wednesday night.

Son Heung-min opened the scoring in the third-round replay at the King Power Stadium in the 39th minute with a stunning striker.

And Nacer Chadli then made it 2-0 when he slotted home after being found by Son in the 66th minute.

Spurs will now take on League One strugglers Colchester United in the fourth round.

And Kane, who was a second-half substitute as he played the final half-hour against the Foxes, was thrilled to play his part in helping the Lilywhites progress.

Kane posted the picture above on his personal Instagram account and wrote: “Good away win tonight! Looking forward to the next round! #coys #facup”

Tottenham, currently fourth in the table, now turn their attentions back to the Premier League and their preparations for Saturday’s trip to Crystal Palace in the top flight.
