Hull City star sends Twitter message to new Arsenal signing after FA Cup draw

Ahmed Elmohamady sends a message to Mohamed Elneny after Arsenal draw Hull City in the FA Cup

Ahmed Elmohamady has taken to social media to reveal his excitement at the prospect of coming up against his Egypt team-mate Mohamed Elneny when Hull City travel to Arsenal in the FA Cup fifth round next month.

The north London side were pitted against the Tigers for the third year running and will welcome Steve Bruce’s men to Emirates Stadium in late February as they look to continue their defence of the trophy they have won for the last two seasons.

Elneny made his first appearance for Arsenal since signing for the Gunners earlier this month as Arsene Wenger’s men secured a 2-1 FA Cup win over Burnley at Emirates Stadium on Saturday.

And Elmohamady was quick to take to Twitter to send a message to the midfielder after the fifth-round draw was made on Sunday evening.

Elmohamady tweeted:

Elmohamady was not the only Hull City player to react to the draw on Sunday, as Curtis Davies and David Meyler both had their say on the social network.
