John Arne Riise reacts to Liverpool’s 2-0 loss to West Ham

John Arne Riise tweets his thoughts after Liverpool's 2-0 loss to West Ham United at Upton Park on Saturday afternoon

John Arne Riise believes the Liverpool players are looking tired after a 2-0 loss to West Ham United at Upton Park on Saturday afternoon.

Michail Antonio broke the deadlock in the tenth minute with a thunderous header which beat Liverpool number one Simon Mignolet at Upton Park.

Former Reds striker Andy Carroll doubled the east London side’s lead with a second-half header to secure three points for Slaven Bilic’s side.

Liverpool’s 2-0 loss to West Ham was their third defeat in four Premier League games on the road after Newcastle United and Watford beat Jurgen Klopp’s side in December.

Former Reds defender Riise, who won the Champions League with the Merseyside club in 2005, tweeted his thoughts on Liverpool’s comprehensive defeat at Upton Park on Saturday afternoon.
