Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp addresses Alex Teixeira rumours

Teixeira has scored 22 goals in 15 games in the Ukrainian top-flight, while the 26-year-old has netted three times in six Champions League appearances.
Speaking at his media conference ahead of Saturday’s trip to Norwich City, Klopp refused to give anything away about a potential Liverpool bid for the Shakthar star.
“No, there is nothing to say on this,” Klopp said.
Teixeira has scored 67 goals in 146 games for the Ukrainian side over the past five years but the Shakthar playmaker hasn’t made an appaearance for the Brazil national team.
Klopp offered some hope for Liverpool supporters on the transfer front after the Reds boss appeared to indicate that the Merseyside outfit would be active in January.
“The January window is not the best,” Klopp added.
“If you are under pressure, everybody wants prices where it is ‘are you crazy’?
“If not you should not do it because of the situation, if you take a new player now it is two days to the next game, four days to the next game, so it’s not the perfect moment, that’s how it is and my opinion didn’t change on this.”
