Manchester United have agreed a €65m (£50m) deal to sign Renato Sanches from Benfica, according to reports in the Portuguese media.

The Red Devils have been linked with a number of transfer deals in recent weeks as Louis van Gaal looks to bolster his squad at Old Trafford.

Now, Diario Noticias is claiming that United have agreed a big-money deal to bring the 18-year-old to the Premier League club in the summer.

United have long been linked with a move for Sanches and are understood to have scouted the midfielder on numerous occasions this season.

And it appears that the Red Devils are closing in on a move to bring the teenager to England.
