Ozil and Bellerin react on Twitter as Arsenal beat Newcastle 1-0

Mesut Ozil and Hector Bellerin both tweet their thoughts after Arsenal battle to a 1-0 win over Newcastle United

Mesut Ozil and Hector Bellerin both took to social media to express their delight after helping Arsenal battle to a 1-0 victory over Newcastle United in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.

After a goalless first half in which Newcastle looked promising, Laurent Koscielny reacted quickest to coolly slot home after Mesut Ozil’s corner fell to him in the 72nd minute in north London.

The win moved Arsenal two points clear at the top of the Premier League table after Leicester City were held to a goalless draw by Bournemouth at the King Power Stadium.

Ozil, who has been one of Arsenal’s standout performers this season, was quick to take to Twitter to reflect on a battling Gunners victory in front of their home fans.

And Spanish full-back Bellerin was also one of the first Arsenal players to post an update on social media after the final whistle.
