Arsenal defender Gabriel Paulista relaxes with his son ahead of FA Cup clash

Gabriel Paulista appeared to be spending some quality time with his son ahead of Arsenal’s clash against Newcastle United in the FA Cup on Saturday.

The Brazil defender was in good form for the north London side over the past couple of weeks after Arsene Wenger rotated his centre-halves for the visit of Eddie Howe’s Cherries side at the end of December.

The Arsenal defender repaid his manager’s faith after he scored the opener in a 2-0 victory over promoted side Bournemouth at The Emirates last month which secured top spot in the Premier League.

And Gabriel spent some time with his son on Thursday afternoon ahead of the start of the north London side’s defence of their FA Cup crown against Newcastle at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

Gabriel wrote on his Instagram page: “I love you!!! Te Amoooo!!!”

The 25-year-old defender has scored one goal in eight Premier League games this season.
