Rising star Dele Alli scored a brilliant second goal for Spurs before second-half substitute Nacer Chadli added a third for the visitors in south-east London.
Kane was thrilled with three points after the striker continued his excellent goal-scoring form for the north London side in the Premier League.
Kane wrote: “Don’t get much better then that! The fighting spirit in the second half shows what we are made off! #coys #spirit”
The 22-year-old England striker has scored an impressive 13 goals in 23 Premier League games for the Lilywhites so far this season.
Pochettino’s side are in fourth place and five points behind surprise Premier League leaders Leicester City.
