The Netherlands forward has scored two goals in 17 Premier League appearances for United so far this season.
Memphis has also scored four times in seven Champions League outings.
The 21-year-old moved to United in a £25m deal from Eredivisie champions PSV Eindhoven in the summer transfer window.
