Liverpool midfielder Philippe Coutinho posts a 2015 review, which includes birth of baby boy

Philippe Coutinho had plenty to celebrate in 2015.

The Brazil international was named Liverpool’s player of the year last season after the South American inherited Luis Suarez’s mantle as the Reds’s most-influential player.

The 23-year-old playmaker has continued his scintillating performances for the Merseyside outfit this season, scoring five goals and making three assists in 16 Premier League games.

However, Coutinho’s most memorable moment is the birth of his first child earlier this year, and the midfielder posted rare snap of his baby on his Instagram page.

Coutinho wrote on the photo-sharing app: “Thank You GOD for the 2015 !! Wish everyone a Happy new year 🙏 ”

The Liverpool midfielder has recently returned from a hamstring injury which the Brazilian picked up during a 4-1 victory at Manchester City in November.
