Wenger said on Friday that he would make a late decision about whether to risk Sanchez for the trip to Stoke, with the Chilean not having featured for the Gunners since late November due to a hamstring injury.

Mohamed Elneny also took part in the training session after completing his transfer to the club from Basel on Thursday.
