Danny Welbeck looked to be in good spirits as he trained with Arsenal’s first-team ahead of Saturday’s FA Cup clash with Burnley at Emirates Stadium.

The England striker has been out of action since last April after struggling with a knee injury and undergoing surgery at the start of the season.

However, the forward looked to be enjoying himself as Arsenal completed their final training session ahead of their FA Cup fourth-round clash in north London.

Welbeck will not feature against Burnley as he continues to work on his fitness levels.

Also pictured in action during the session was new signing Mohamed Elneny, who joined the club from FC Basel last week.
