Piers Morgan demands Arsene Wenger makes these Arsenal signings
Piers Morgan says Arsenal need a new centre-half, defensive midfielder and a centre-half in January transfer window
Piers Morgan says Arsene Wenger needs to sign a centre-half, a defensive midfielder and a world-class striker to drive Arsenal to the Premier League title.
The Gunners are slight favourites to win the English top-flight crown ahead of their next Premier League fixture against Liverpool at Anfield on Wednesday night.
Every Arsenal fan knows we are a defensive midfielder short, a centre-half short, and in my view, a world-class striker short

Arsenal are two points clear of second-placed Leicester City and a further point ahead of Manchester City thanks to their 1-0 win against Newcastle United earlier this month.
Wenger is thought to be close to landing Basel midfielder Mohamed Elneny, whilst the FA Cup holders have been linked with a move for Borussia Dortmund striker Pierre-Emerick Aubayameng.
Outspoken Arsenal supporters Morgan says Wenger has to spend some of the reported £200m in the transfer kitty if the Gunners are to win the Premier League crown.
“We are now top of the league,” Morgan told BBC Radio Five Live.
“We’ve got £200m to spend according to reports. Every Arsenal fan knows we are a defensive midfielder short, a centre-half short, and in my view, a world-class striker short.
“Should Wenger be in the market right now even though it is January, should be making a slam dunk offer to drive us to the title? I believe he should.
“If he does it again now and he doesn’t buy what I think we need in our season, should he continue as manager?”
