Piers Morgan reacts to Arsenal’s 3-3 draw with Liverpool
Piers Morgan criticises Arsenal for failing to hold on and beat Liverpool after 3-3 draw
Piers Morgan criticised Arsenal for conceding a 90th-minute equaliser as Liverpool rescued a 3-3 draw at Anfield.
Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey cancelled out Roberto Firmino’s 10th-minute opener on Merseyside before the Brazilian restored Liverpool’s lead with a brilliant long-range strike.
However, Olivier Giroud levelled for the Gunners before half-time and the France international edged the Premier League leaders in front thanks to his 55th-minute goal.
Arsenal appeared to be heading for a vital win before Liverpool substitute Joe Allen came off the bench to equalise in the 90th minute.
Unsurprisingly, outspoken Arsenal supporter Morgan wasn’t happy with the late equaliser, taking to Twitter to criticise Arsene Wenger’s players.
Come on Arsenal, hang on – this would be a great win. #afc

If Giroud hadn't missed that sitter, we'd have won.
League titles come down to those moments.
