Piers Morgan: Why Arsenal are having another normal season

Piers Morgan pours cold water on talk of Arsenal winning Premier League title

Piers Morgan says Arsenal are just having another normal Premier League season.

The Gunners are favourites to win their first Premier League title since 2004 ahead of Sunday’s clash against defending champions Chelsea.

Arsenal are unbeaten in their last three Premier League games since a 4-0 loss to Southampton at St Mary’s on Boxing Day.

Arsene Wenger dipped into the January transfer market to sign Mohamed Elneny from Swiss side Basel earlier this month, too.

However, after watching Liverpool ease to a 5-4 victory over Norwich City, outspoken Arsenal fan Morgan was downbeat about the north London side’s title prospects.

Arsenal host Chelsea in Sunday’s late kick-off in the Premier League as the Gunners look to beat their west London rivals for the first time since 2011.

Wenger’s side have only lost four games in the Premier League after 22 fixtures so far this season.
