Eden Hazard responds to PSG transfer talk ahead of Chelsea clash

Eden Hazard admits that he would find it hard to turn down a transfer to Paris Saint-Germain

Eden Hazard has admitted that he would struggle to turn down a transfer to Paris Saint-Germain in the summer transfer window.

The 25-year-old’s future has been a source of speculation in recent months following Chelsea’s poor form in the Premier League.

Hazard’s situation is likely to be thrown into the spotlight in the summer transfer window if, as expected, Chelsea miss out on a place in next season’s Champions League.

Paris Saint-Germain have been touted as being potentially interested in signing the Belgian playmaker in recent months, with Real Madrid also touted as a possible destination for the forward.

Now, former Lille star Hazard has conceded that a move to the French club would appeal to him.

Hazard is quoted as saying by Metro: “It’s hard to say no to PSG – as with all the teams capable of winning the Champions League.

“Now PSG are part of this category. And, for me, winning the Champions League is the main objective.

“But for now, I do not dwell on it.”
