Lord Sugar takes to social media to express his delight at seeing Tottenham leapfrog Arsenal in the Premier League table

Lord Sugar was quick to take to social media to remind Piers Morgan that Tottenham Hotspur had leapfrogged Arsenal in the Premier League table after Tuesday’s set of Premier League results.

Tottenham were in impressive form once again as Dele Alli’s opener and Harry Kane’s double handed them a 3-0 victory at Norwich City.

Arsenal, meanwhile, continued their stuttering form in the top flight as they were unable to break down a stubborn Southampton side at Emirates Stadium.

The results left Tottenham in third place in the Premier League table and five points behind leaders Leicester City heading into the final 14 games of the season.

Arsenal dropped below their bitter local rivals into fourth place due to their inferior goal difference, with both north London clubs both currently on 45 points.

And former Spurs chairman was quick to take to Twitter after the game to try and get celebrity Arsenal fan Morgan’s thoughts on the table.

Tottenham host Watford in the Premier League on Saturday.
