Emre Can has been working on his accuracy at a local bowling alley ahead of Liverpool’s clash against Manchester City in Sunday’s League Cup final.

The Germany international will have a big role to play for Jurgen Klopp’s side as the Reds look to beat the Citizens for the second time this season.

The 22-year-old has been a mainstay of his manager’s side since the former Borussia Dortmund boss took over the reins from Brendan Rodgers last October.

Liverpool are looking to win the League Cup for a record ninth time at Wembley on Sunday afternoon and lift the cup for the first time since 2011.

And Can went along to a bowling alley with a couple of friends to presumably take his mind off Sunday’s showpiece.

Enhanced odds: Get 10/1 on Liverpool to beat Man City

Can has scored one goal in 24 Premier League games so far this season.
