Alexandre Pato showed his romantic side with this gesture on Wednesday...

Alexandre Pato left a bouquet of red roses for his girlfriend Fiorella Mattheis as the Chelsea striker’s partner celebrated her 28th birthday on Wednesday.

The striker has been getting used to life in the English capital following his move to Chelsea on loan from Corinthians until the end of the season.

Actress and television presenter Mattheis was pictured house-hunting in London earlier this week as she and Pato get used to life in England.

And she used her personal Instagram account to reveal a bunch of flowers left for her by Pato on Wednesday.

Mattheis uploaded the picture above onto the photo-sharing app and wrote:

Earlier on Wednesday, Pato sent a heartfelt message to his partner on social media.
