Thibaut Courtois is determined to help Chelsea return to winning ways against Newcastle...

Thibaut Courtois has taken to social media to warn Newcastle United that Chelsea will be more determined than ever to take the three points from Saturday’s clash at Stamford Bridge.

Courtois played the full 90 minutes in the Chelsea goal as the Blues were held to a 1-1 draw by Manchester United at Stamford Bridge on Sunday afternoon.

The Belgian pulled off a string of fine saves as Diego Costa scored in stoppage time to cancel out Jesse Lingard’s stunning opener at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea have been struggling to produce consistent form in the Premier League all season and have only won three of their last 10 top-flight games, drawing six and losing one.

And the Blues shot-stopper is determined to help Chelsea return two winning ways when they host the Magpies on Saturday evening in west London.

Courtois posted the picture above on his personal Instagram account on Monday afternoon and wrote: “Another draw yesterday, let’s get the 3 points against Newcastle! #CFC”
