Matt Holland states prediction for Chelsea v Stoke
Matt Holland believes Stoke City will struggle to beat Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Saturday afternoon
Matt Holland has tipped Chelsea to beat Stoke City at Stamford Bridge on Saturday afternoon.
The Blues head into the game on the back of their 2-1 win at Norwich in midweek as the west London club secured the three points to move up into the top half of the table for the first time since August.
Chelsea have been in much improved form since Guus Hiddink was appointed as interim boss until the end of the season back in December.
They are unbeaten in the league and have won their last three top-flight games on the bounce to move up to 10th place in the table.
Former Charlton Athletic midfielder Holland is confident Chelsea will beat Stoke with a top-four finish in their sights.
“Two teams in good form having won their last couple. Have to go with a Chelsea win, though,” Holland told Marathon Bet.
“Now in the top half of the table and within a fighting shot for top four they’ll be keeping an eye on it. I think it’s too much for them, but you never know.”
