The Blues head into the game on the back of a disappointing string of results. Guus Hiddink’s men were knocked out of the Champions League by PSG last week and were dumped out of the FA Cup by Everton at Goodison Park last weekend.
Chelsea now only have Premier League positions to play for after a poor season for the west London club.
They are currently 10th in the Premier League table and a staggering 23 points behind leaders Leicester City heading into the final stages of the season.
The Blues will be aiming to finish the season as high as possible in the Premier League as they prepare for the likely appointment of Antonio Conte as their next manager in the summer.
Former Liverpool striker Owen told Bet Victor: “A lot of people were disappointed with Chelsea’s performance at Goodison in the FA Cup but I personally don’t think Everton have been given enough credit, with the Toffees irresistible at times at Goodison and well worthy winners.
“Guus Hiddink has done a tremendous job of steadying the ship at Stamford Bridge and they can perhaps nick a likely cagey encounter in west London.”
