Ian Wright says Arsene Wenger will still believe that he is the right candidate to manage Arsenal.
The Gunners lost their first FA Cup in three years on Sunday afternoon after a 2-1 defeat by Watford in the quarter-final at the Emirates Stadium.
Wenger is coming under increasing criticism from some Arsenal supporters after a run of one victory in seven games in all competitions.
Outspoken Arsenal fan Morgan has criticised the north London side’s failure to appoint Jurgen Klopp as their manager after the German replaced Brendan Rodgers in October.
Former Gunners striker Wright, who played under Wenger during his career, gave an insight into the mindset of the three-time Premier League-winning manager.
“I think that he would think that [he is the right man],” Wright told BBC Radio Five Live.
“If the fans continue on what they’re doing, Wenger might doubt that.
“If I’m being totally honest, I believe the fans have already shaken his believe.
“If Wenger does have to go, every single player who has been involved with him up to the point where they’ve won the two FA Cups, every player has to have a really good luck at themselves.”
Arsenal are in third place in the Premier League table as the Gunners look to win their first title since 2004.

The north London side make the trip to Barcelona for the second leg of their Champions League last-16 clash on Wednesday night.
